After the download

Install
Run the installer and follow the prompts. You do not need administrator rights on the machine.

Activate
Open the program and enter the code from your email, in the format RS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Activation uses the Internet once.

Build your first event
Import the participants, enter tables and seats, and generate the schedule. Nothing past this point needs a network.
Requirements
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit
- 4 GB of memory
- 500 MB of disk space
- A second screen or projector for the room display (optional)
- Internet only to activate the license and pull updates
