The license and your computer
The license is bound to the computer it was activated on and does not transfer. If that machine is replaced, retired or taken out of service, the replacement is a new license at 30% of the current price of (today US$ 149.70). Swapping parts such as the drive, the memory or the network card breaks nothing: the software still recognizes the machine.
Updates
The software checks for new versions on its own and whenever you ask it to. Every update shows what changed before it installs, and critical ones can be flagged as required.

Where your data sits
On your computer: local database, backups and audio files. Your participant list is never uploaded anywhere. A backup is a single file you keep where you want, and restoring it brings the whole event back.
The software is installed on your computer, so it does not need a connection to run. If the hotel network drops during round four, the timer, the tables, the audio and the screen keep going. The Internet is used once, to activate your license, and after that only when you choose to download an update.

- You mark the absence and rebuild. Only what has to change changes, so two no-shows do not force the whole room onto a new itinerary.
- How many participants can it handle?
- The practical limit is the venue, not the software. The planning screen tells you, before you close registration, how many rounds fit and how many companies each participant will meet in the layout you set.
- Can one person run this alone on the day?
- Yes, and most do. The operating screen has four buttons: pause, resume, skip, step in. For larger events it still helps to have someone at the door marking arrivals, because that is the part that eats time.
- Is it really a one-time payment?
- Yes, for as many events as you run. The license is tied to one computer. Swapping memory or a drive changes nothing. Moving to a different machine takes a replacement license at 30% of the current price.
- How do participants register?
- Through the platform, on your published event page. Registration is online and the export comes out in the exact format the software imports, so nobody retypes a list the night before.
- What do I hand the sponsor afterward?
- The event report: attendance, tables used, and how many meetings actually took place and between whom. That is the number that renews a sponsorship, and it comes straight out of the software.
