What you are buying

A license to use the Rodada de Sucesso software, perpetual and valid for one computer. It is not a subscription: there is no monthly fee and the license does not expire.

The license covers as many events as you want to run, with no participant limit imposed by us: the limit is the room.

How the license works

The license is activated once, over the Internet, with the code in the format RS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX emailed to you after payment. Activation binds the license to the computer where the software is installed.

Swapping parts such as the drive, the memory or the network card does not invalidate the license: the software still recognises the computer. Reinstalling the operating system does not invalidate it either.

For a second machine used at the same time there is an additional license for the same holder. The license is not transferred from one computer to another: when the original machine is replaced, retired or stops being used, the replacement is a new license, purchased from support at 30% of the software's current price.

What is not allowed

Sharing, reselling, renting or sublicensing the activation code.
Using the same license on more than one computer at the same time.
Decompiling, modifying or attempting to circumvent the licensing mechanism.

Breach allows the license to be blocked, with no refund.

Updates and support

Updates to the version you bought are included and arrive through the software itself. Support covers installation, activation, use of the program and problem solving, through the email published on the site.

We do not commit to a contractual response time; in practice we reply on business days.

Payment, invoice and cancellation

Payment is processed by Stripe. The invoice is sent in a separate message within two business days.

Where local consumer law grants a cooling-off period for distance purchases, it applies: write to support within that period and the license is blocked and the amount refunded through the same payment method.

Refunds and chargebacks block the license.

Liability

The software organizes the dynamic of the event and drives the operation. It does not guarantee commercial results: how many opportunities each participant finds depends on the people in the room, not on the program.

The organizer is responsible for the participant data they enter, for communicating with those people and for complying with the law applicable to their event, the more so because that data stays on the organizer's computer and not on our servers.

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the license.

Use of the site

The content published here, including text, images and illustrations, belongs to Rodada de Sucesso. The animation on the home page is illustrative: it shows the movement of a round, not the software's calculation, and guarantees no performance at any specific event.

The algorithm that builds the round is a trade secret and is not published on this site.
