Who handles your data

The controller is the company that operates Rodada de Sucesso, reachable at the email address published on the contact page of this site. Requests about personal data go to that same address.

What this site collects

This site collects what you type, plus a first-party usage measurement described below. There is no profiling, no advertising and no sale of data to third parties.

Usage measurement: the site counts page views, whether a page was read to the end, and clicks on the main calls to action. It exists so we know which pages help and which get in the way. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running and improving our own site.

This measurement is done by our own server, with no cookie and no third-party tool. No IP address is stored. In its place we keep a code derived from your address and browser together with a secret that changes every day, which lets us count distinct visitors within a day and makes it impossible to link today's visit to yesterday's, or to work back from the code to your address. Records are deleted after 400 days.

Contact form: name, email and, when you fill them in, phone, company and the subject of your message. Purpose: to reply to you and keep a record of the exchange.

Purchase: name, email, company and tax identification. Purpose: performing the contract and meeting the legal obligation to issue an invoice. The name and email are stored on the license itself.

Payment: card details are entered directly on Stripe's page and never pass through this site. We receive only the payment confirmation and a transaction identifier.

Technical records: the server records the IP address and time of form submissions to contain automated abuse. These records are deleted after 90 days.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising, analytics or social-network cookies.

A single session cookie is created when you open a page with a form (contact, purchase and license lookup). It exists to protect the submission against request forgery and is deleted when you close the browser. Being strictly necessary to what you asked for, it does not require consent, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Third-party resources

There are none. Typefaces, styles and scripts are served from this domain: opening a page here fires no request to any other server, and so hands your IP address to nobody.

The one exception is a purchase, when you are taken to Stripe's page to pay, and that happens because you acted, not because a page opened.

The software is a separate matter

The program installed on your computer sends us nothing. The participants you enter, the companies, the tables and the results of the event stay on your computer, in a local database. The software uses the Internet at two moments only: activating the license and checking for updates. Activation sends the activation code and a technical fingerprint of the computer. No participant data travels in that exchange.

Send log. Every email the platform sends is logged: the recipient address, which message it was, in which language, and whether the mail server accepted it. It serves two concrete purposes, proving a message went out when someone says they never got it, and not sending the same notice twice to the same person. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating the service. There is no open-tracking pixel and no tracking link: we do not know whether you opened it or clicked.

How long we keep it

Contact messages: 2 years after the last exchange.
Orders and tax data: 5 years, as tax law requires.
Licenses: for as long as the license exists, because it is the record of what

you bought.

Technical form records: 90 days.
Email send log: 2 years.

Only those needed to deliver what you asked for: the hosting provider, the email provider and Stripe, in the case of a purchase. None of them receives data for their own use, and no data is sold or handed over for advertising.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability and deletion of your data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Write to the contact address; we answer within 15 days.

Deletion does not reach what the law requires us to keep, such as tax data from a purchase, nor the record of the license you bought, while it exists.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, validates and escapes every input, and keeps the site database separate from the license database, with distinct credentials. No measure removes risk entirely; should an incident with material risk occur, we will notify the people affected and the relevant authority.

Material changes will be published on this page with a new update date.
