Before you buy

How do I get the license?
The moment the payment clears, the system issues your activation code and emails it with the installer link. Nobody has to be at a desk for that to happen.
Do I need Internet to use it?
Once, to activate. After that it runs offline, so a venue network going down mid-event does not stop the round.
Does the license expire?
No. It does not expire and it covers one computer.
What if I change computers?
The license is bound to the computer it was activated on and does not transfer. If that machine is replaced or retired, a replacement license costs 30% of the current price, just contact support. Swapping parts such as the drive, the memory or the network card does not invalidate anything.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, in a separate email, within two business days of the purchase.
Which payment methods?
Credit card through Stripe Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never pass through this site.
Is there a participant limit?
No artificial one. What limits you is the venue: how many tables fit and how many seats each holds.
How do updates work?
The software tells you when a new version exists and updates itself. It can also update from a file on a USB stick, for when the event computer has no network at all.
